Conditions

As working and living in a foreign culture is quite demanding, the NEM requires the candidates to meet the following conditions:
 

• Not younger than 21
• Evidence of a stable Christian life and an active membership of a church or fellowship
• A practical and flexible disposition
• Several years of employment experience
• Agree to a minimum mission term of one year
• Commitment to the vision and purposes of the NEM
• Willing to follow the preparation courses of the NEM
